Confidential logistics in detail
Confidential vehicle logistics goes far beyond simply covering a vehicle with a sheet. At Classic Car Service, every confidential transport follows a multi-stage security protocol developed in close cooperation with OEM security departments. Before each transport, a dedicated non-disclosure agreement covers everyone involved, from the dispatcher to the driver.
Before loading, vehicles are fitted with manufacturer-specific camouflage or fully enclosed in opaque transport covers. Our transporters have screened load compartments that prevent any view of the cargo. For particularly sensitive transport, GPS data is available only to authorised persons and no route information is disclosed externally.
A strict no-photography policy applies throughout the transport chain. Our drivers perform no social-media activity during confidential assignments and never photograph the vehicles. Wherever possible, loading and unloading take place in secure, camera-free areas. Every step is recorded in encrypted handover reports available only to the client.

TISAX® prototype protection
TISAX® (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) is the automotive industry standard for information security and is specifically designed for handling prototypes and pre-series vehicles. Classic Car Service successfully participates in TISAX®. Authorised partners can access our assessment result through the ENX Association portal. It confirms that our processes meet the strict security requirements of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA).
What does TISAX® prototype protection mean in practice? Every employee with access to prototype information undergoes a security check. Physical access to vehicles during transport is controlled and logged. Our facilities meet the VDA requirements for prototype protection zones, including access restrictions, security barriers and monitoring systems.
Together with our ISO 27001 information-security certification, this dual assurance makes us one of Europe’s most trusted partners for OEM development logistics. Regular audits ensure continuous compliance with these demanding standards.
